Terms of Service

1. Payment through Ko-fi or Paypal only. No refunds once I’ve started, unless I am unable to finish the work. The model of your payment can always be discussed. But I usually do 50% to start and the remaining half of the payment is paid once I finished. Prices may subject to change but I will always inform you beforehand. All payments are done in USD.
2. You have full ownership on my commission strictly for personal use. If you plan on using any of my work commercially then please specify at the start to negotiate properly.
3. As the artist, I may turn down a request if I feel uncomfortable about it. I also hold right to share my work anywhere with the appropriate credit to you (Although you may request to keep it in secrecy). With that in mind, please credit where credit is due and do not claim it as your own work.
4. First revision is okay in the early stages, further asking for more or changing the later product majorly will set you back a fee. Please specify your request as much as you want at the start, you may send in PureRef Scenes! If you don’t do that, I will assume you are giving me creative freedom on the project. This is to avoid indecisiveness or people taking advantage of me.
